Found this table place card recently at the Meditteranean Restaurant Spitz in Los Feliz, Los Angeles

The image is a mural painted by the street art / graffiti artists 

Mac and Retna.

Retna is responsible for the text and background designs,

while the artist Mac is responsible for creating the portrait of the woman.

You can see this duo of artists creating murals around Los Angeles for the 

past 10 years and also around the world.
